Refund policy
We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original method of payment using any mail carrier you would prefer. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better! Our ultimate goal is to be sure you are 100% satisfied. Reach out to us via telephone or email if the items purchased are not the perfect fit for you and your daily practice.
If you have received an item in error or it has arrived damaged, please contact us before sending it our way. Too often, I hear stories from friends and neighbors about a disappointing service experience they had in which they never followed up to let the business owner/manager know where they could have improved. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10 to 14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We kindly ask that you safely wrap your return parcel, for we will only provide store credit if an item arrives damaged.
If your order has not been shipped, you're welcome to cancel it and will be eligible for a full refund. However, once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel them. We hope for your understanding.
